نظرة عامة

توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع TAAVR بياناتك الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها عند الشراء من موقع TAAVR. لا توجد في TAAVR حسابات للمستخدمين: يُسلَّم كل شراء على شكل كود شحن يصل إلى البريد الذي تكتبه عند الدفع. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الطلب

اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، ورقم جوالك إن أدخلته (وهو مطلوب لطلب النظارة فقط، ونستخدمه لترتيب تسليمها)، وعنوان التسليم الذي تعطينا إياه، وتفاصيل طلبك (الباقة أو المنتج، والمبلغ، ورقم الطلب، وكود الشحن الصادر لك، والتاريخ).

نتيجة الدفع

نتيجة الدفع التي يرسلها البنك (القبول أو الرفض، والمرجع، والمبلغ). تُدخل بيانات بطاقتك في صفحة البنك فقط، ولا نرى رقم بطاقتك ولا نحفظه.

رسائلك إلينا

ما ترسله إلينا في ردودك على رسائلنا، كإيصالات الطلبات.

لا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية، ولا أدوات تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة.

لماذا نستخدمها

لمعالجة الدفع، وإصدار كود الشحن وإرساله إليك، وإصدار الإيصالات والفواتير.
لتسليم النظارة، والرد على رسائلك وطلباتك.
لحماية الخدمة من الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام، والوفاء بالتزاماتنا النظامية كالمحاسبة والضرائب.

من يعالج بياناتك

نشارك بياناتك مع من نحتاج إليهم لتقديم الخدمة فقط، وبالقدر اللازم:

نظام Odoo الذي ندير به الطلبات والفواتير والإيصالات وأكواد الشحن: اسمك وبريدك وجوالك وتفاصيل طلبك ورسائلك إلينا.
البنك (بوابة الدفع لمصرف الراجحي عبر Neoleap): بيانات بطاقتك ونتيجة الدفع.
خدمة أتمتة (n8n) وقاعدة بيانات تطبيق الواقع الافتراضي على Google Firebase: تفعيل كود الشحن ليُستبدل في التطبيق، ويُحفظ معه اسمك وبريدك ورقم الطلب.
شركة Google: تُحمَّل خطوط الموقع من Google Fonts، فيصل عنوان IP الخاص بك إلى Google.
شركة التوصيل عند شحن النظارة: اسمك وجوالك وعنوانك.
الجهات الرسمية متى ألزمنا النظام بذلك.

قد تُخزَّن بعض بياناتك وتُعالَج خارج بلدك، ونعتمد في ذلك على ضمانات مزوّدي الخدمة وفق ما تسمح به أنظمة حماية البيانات.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين في المتصفح

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلانات أو التحليلات. يحفظ الموقع في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك تفضيلاً واحداً فقط: لغة الموقع. يمكنك مسحه من إعدادات المتصفح.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير والمدفوعات وأكواد الشحن المدة التي تفرضها أنظمة الضرائب والمحاسبة، وبرسائل الدعم سنتين من آخر رسالة.

حقوقك

يحق لك أن:

تطّلع على بياناتك وتحصل على نسخة منها.
تطلب تصحيح بياناتك أو استكمالها.
تطلب حذف بياناتك، إلا ما يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ به.
تسحب موافقتك أو تعترض على استخدام معيّن لبياناتك.

لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق قدّم طلبك بالرد على رسالة إيصال الدفع التي وصلتك على البريد الذي كتبته عند الشراء. قد نطلب ما يثبت أن الطلب منك، ونرد على طلبك خلال مدة معقولة. ويحق لك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك، وهي في المملكة العربية السعودية الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

الأطفال

خدمة TAAVR غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا يشتري لهم إلا وليّ أمرهم. وإن علمنا أننا جمعنا بيانات طفل دون 13 عاماً دون موافقة وليّ أمره حذفناها. وتطبّق Meta على نظاراتها قواعدها الخاصة بالعمر.

أمن البيانات

يعمل الموقع عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتتم المدفوعات في صفحة البنك الآمنة، ويقتصر الوصول إلى بيانات الطلبات على المخوَّلين من فريق TAAVR. لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، فاحتفظ بكود الشحن ولا تشاركه إلا مع من تريد إهداءه.

Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains how TAAVR ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you buy on the TAAVR website. TAAVR has no user accounts: every purchase is delivered as a recharge code sent to the email address you type at checkout. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

What We Collect

Order details

Your name and email; your mobile number if you give it (it is required only for a headset order, and we use it to arrange delivery); the delivery address you give us; and your order details (package or product, amount, order number, the recharge code issued to you, date).

Payment result

The payment result the bank sends us (approved or declined, reference, amount). You enter your card details on the bank's page only — we never see or store your card number.

Messages you send us

What you send us in replies to our emails, such as order receipts.

We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.

Why We Use It

To process payments, issue and send you your recharge code, and issue receipts and invoices.
To deliver the headset, and answer your messages and requests.
To protect the service against fraud and abuse, and meet our legal duties such as accounting and tax.

Who Processes Your Data

We share your data only with those we need to provide the service, and only as much as they need:

Our Odoo system, which runs orders, invoices, receipts and recharge codes: your name, email, phone, order details and your messages to us.
The bank (Al Rajhi Bank's payment gateway, via Neoleap): your card details and the payment result.
An automation service (n8n) and the VR app's database on Google Firebase: to activate your recharge code so it can be redeemed in the app; your name, email and order number are stored with it.
Google: the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address.
A delivery company, when the headset is shipped: your name, phone and address.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of your data may be stored and processed outside your country. For this we rely on our providers' safeguards, as data-protection laws allow.

Cookies & Browser Storage

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. The site saves only one preference in your browser's local storage: the site language. You can clear it in your browser settings.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep order, invoice, payment and recharge-code records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and support messages for two years after your last message.

Your Rights

You can:

See your data and get a copy of it.
Ask us to correct or complete it.
Ask us to delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
Withdraw your consent, or object to a particular use of your data.

To use any of these rights, make your request by replying to your payment receipt email, from the email address you used at checkout. We may ask you to confirm the request is yours, and we will reply within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country — in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Children

TAAVR is not directed at children under 13; purchases for them are made by a parent or guardian. If we learn that we collected data from a child under 13 without a parent's consent, we will delete it. Meta applies its own age rules to its headsets.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payments happen on the bank's secure page, and only authorised TAAVR staff can access order data. No system is fully secure, so keep your recharge code safe and share it only with someone you want to give it to.

Changes to This Policy

We post any change to this policy on this page with its date.
